My Therapeutic Philosophy

PILLARS
to build a successful life

            PRINCIPLES

Absolutely central to my counseling philosophy is the belief that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is key to effective therapy. When a client feels that a counselor really, truly sees and understands them without judgment the potential for healing to take place is created in the client.
